Advanced Manufacturing Process
Each rod is precision-engineered from high-quality 30 CrMoA alloy steel and undergoes controlled heat treatment through quenching and tempering processes. The surface is metal sprayed with nickel-based alloy (Ni35) to enhance corrosion and wear resistance for extended service life in harsh environments.
Our polished rods feature cold-formed, fully rolled threads that provide superior strength and fatigue resistance. The cold-forming process reshapes steel fibers to follow the thread contour, creating thread surfaces with improved corrosion resistance and reduced abrasion within the thread profile.
The work-hardened flank delivers increased surface tensile, yield, and shear strength. Pressure deformation during manufacturing creates a residual compressive stress system at the thread root, effectively counteracting tensile loading. This results in significantly enhanced load capacity, corrosion resistance, and fatigue performance compared to cut or burnished threads.
